Loneliness - the only thing that Hurts the most

Loneliness is just a word for some, a feeling to some, a cry for someone, and a way to get pass time for some. But if we get straight to word LONELINESS, then it would be right to say that it’s a complex and multidimensional phenomenon.
Importantly a basic dimension could be the frequency with which a person feels lonely. It could be trait of some person in certain conditions. Trait loneliness could be more complex.

Loneliness is certainly a universal human emotion and unique to every individual. Many experts say that-“being lonely is not a trait; it’s a perception of being alone and isolated”. Loneliness is strongly connected to genetics. It can be a psychological disorder i.e. depression.

How to overcome LONELINESS (the toughest time to make pass)?
there are several ways simple ways to overcome it, but some of the main from them are:

Always be positive.

Be social and remember that loneliness points out for change.

Stay connected to family, friends, as it keeps you busy.

If you are a animal lover, have some time with them.

If you are religious, then utilize time in that.

Enhancing social support and improving social skills too can be beneficial.

Have faith, love, prayer and the loneliness is not a part of yours.

!! WISH YOU A HAPPY TIME !!

Imagination that causes Fear - ARACHNOPHOBIA, CLAUSTROPHOBIA

THE SPIDER FEAR – ARACHNOPHOBIA
spider
Many people have intense fear of spiders. The term used to describe this is ARACHNOPHOBIA. About half of women and ten percent of men suffer from this. Those who suffer from ARACHNOPHOBIA often search for spiders after entering the room. If any found then even they follow so as to avoid spiders. Some even do all things possible things to spot a spider. Few even split/vomit with panic during exposure to animal.

THE FEAR OF CROWD - CLAUSTROPHOBIA
crowd fear

The feeling of irritation; fear to closed and tight spaces; called as CLAUSTROPHOBIA. Persons suffering from this feel light headed within elevators, shaking and even problem of short breath is seen commonly. The person avoids crowded places because he fears that he would be crushed, suffocated or loose consciousness if they don’t escape.
Cure & Precautions:

There is no true cause for these types of phobias and can develop in anyone's mind. This can also develop due to any tragic/traumatic situation. The only way to cure and protect the patient is:
  • listen the paitent quietly
  • make the patient feel secure and safe
  • make the patient drink some water, so that they can feel somewhat good
  • treat the patients mind as a child, and explain that it will not happen in a very cool and calm manner

How to deal with problem of IGNORING

Ignoring
It’s always easy to avoid someone but too difficult to be avoided by the dear one. Sometimes you have an issue with someone and it can get to the point that the individual just stops paying attention and ignores you. This condition really frustrates and becomes a loadful over the life. The silent treatment could be a better weapon to use but if other has it then it becomes horrible experience for the one.

There is solution to this problem. Again the good times could be brought and graces could be availed. All such could be entertained by following the below steps:-

The Mantras to follow:-

a) Sometimes we build more expectations from a person. Have a look over the interactions of the concerned persons with others. If the behavior with others is same as the same with you, then it’s not a big deal. The conclusion which comes is that the person you are concerning is either less socialite or conservative.

b) Examine your behavior towards the individual. You may have done something wrong or hurt or upset the person. Just have a thought that when the person started ignoring you. If you get the root of the problem then fix the problem by simply interacting with the person. Make sure that the other understands that it was simply a misunderstanding case, nothing else.

c) Talk to common friends and ask them if they noticed anything different about this person. These friends can give a different perspective on the situation and help you understand if there is anything else going on with the person that you did know about. For instance, they may be having trouble at work or school that caused them to withdraw and it may have nothing to do with you.

d) Just have a chat with the person and know the reason about the ignorance, make it clear that if something is wrong then it must be due to some misunderstanding and you are unaware about any of such conditions and issues.

e) If you think that the person is wrong and then too he is ignoring you then also as a person of big heart listens to what the person has to say and take it to heart.
Too many times people take offense at another person's actions and block out any criticism because they are offended or hurt. No one is perfect and everyone makes mistakes, but the tragedy is not learning from and correcting those mistakes. If you do so then definitely your reputation or goodwill is going to be on rise. Commenting is too easy but to hear is a gentleman’s task.

f) Another weapon which mostly gives positive results is to do “APOLOGY”. Once you do so, the opposite party will melt down and the situation would be under control.

g) After your apology also the person does not change his/her behavior for you then the last option is that now you start avoiding the same person. Might be the person need some space. But if the condition remains the same after sometime also then it is better to get away from that person. Either the person don’t deserves you or you don’t deserve the same..

LOVE ERA

Everywhere, where ever I see,
I just find love beneath,
Hands in hand; walking the long ways,
smile on the faces and no trouble for some period of phases....
dew on the flowers,
remembers about the beauty
And putting head on lover's shoulders shows the affection and duty;
the air with little chillness increases the depthness……
OH! I m loving it…, the feeling of freshness…
Call me crazy, call me child;
I really miss her every second of my life,
My nights are restless,
My eyes wait for her without any tiredness...
Can't explain what and how I feel so
but I can only say.. I am on cloud seven,
And want to pass my life:
with same feel never ending anytime so...
Never ending any time so.............

The Haunted Fort BHANGARH..Meet The Unknown World In Night

Bhangarh Temple

The ruins of Bhangarh Fort in the Rajasthan state in India are known for being the most hunted place in this south Asian country. While it’s understandable that not all people believe in ghosts, there are warnings at all entry points to the Bhangarh Fort advising people not to venture into the city at night. In fear that something terrible could happen, some of the signs posted by the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) not only advise against, but literally prohibit visitors from entering Bhangarh Fort at night. The sign reads in Indian language: “Entering the borders of Bhangarh before sunrise and after sunset is strictly prohibited.” If you are a ghost hunter or like visiting mysterious places, especially those known to be haunted by ghosts, then Bhangarh Fort deserves a solid spot on your “Must Visit Before I Die” list.

Bhangarh fort

The Bhangarh Story
The story (and the history) of the Bhangarh began in the year of 1573 when the fortress was established. Built by Raja Bhagawant Das – the ruler of the city of Amber, Bhangarh Fort has become the residence of Madho Singh, ruler’s second son who fought alongside his father and brother in many wars. The decline of Bhangarh Fort started in 1630 after Chhatr Singh, son of Madho Singh got killed in a violent attack. The decline continued until 1783 when the fortress and the city were completely abandoned following that year’s famine.

The Bhangarh Myths
According to one of the myths, Bhangarh was cursed by Guru Balu Nath (Baba Balanath), who originally sanctioned the construction but warned that his sacred meditating place lies nearby and should the palace reach the size which would cast a shadow big enough to reach his forbidden retreat, the city would fall into ruin. Ignorant of the warning, Ajab Singh – one of dynasty’s descendants raised the palace to a height that cast the shadow on the Balu Nath’s retreat and the city was cursed.
Bhangarh Ghost fort
Another myth talks about princess Ratnavati who was so beautiful she had no match in all of Rajasthan. Marriage proposals came coming, but one day she was spotted by a tantric named Singha Sevra who was so bewildered by her beauty, he decided to use his black magic to get to her. As he was spying on the princess, he saw her servant buying perfumes for her. The tantric used the opportunity and put a black magic spell on the lotion which was supposed to draw the princess to him upon initial use.
His intentions were uncovered by a person loyal to the princess who informed her of bewitched lotion. The princess took the bottle and smashed it against the rock which came to life and rolled over the tantric killing him. Before he died, he laid a curse on entire land which came to be the following year during battle between Bhangarh and Ajabgarh. All who dwelt in Bhangarh died, including the princess.
There are several other myths and legends that explain the reasons why the fort was abandoned overnight and never re-inhabited, but they all revolve around the fact that the city was cursed and is now haunted by ghosts.
Even though Bhangarh is deserted at night, locals report that strange noises, including music and dancing can be heard coming from the ruins of the fort. The access to Bhangarh is regulated by the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) and by their rule, it is illegal to enter Bhangarh at night. However, several people did make an entry during forbidden hours just to get a sense of thrill associated with being in one of world’s most haunted places. Bhangarh Fort offers superior opportunities for mystery and ghost hunters to experience the ultimate adrenaline rush. The restless spirit of the magician who cursed the land watches over Bhangarh from a nearby hill during the day and comes down at night in search of a ghost of his beloved princess. Welcome to the world of Ghost Tourism.

Bhangarh Fort Location
Abandoned fortress of Bhangarh is located between the Pink City of Jaipur – the capital of Rajasthan and Alwar, a city in the same state located about 160 km south of Delhi. Rajasthan is located in the north-west of India and it’s country’s largest state.

Amazon Forest : The nature's treasure is here only

The Amazon Forest- generally called as rain forest, Amazonia, Amazon jungle. It is surrounded in six million square kilometers of land. The Rain forest is a nickname that describes the humidity that you find in tropical and equatorial forests, but it doesn't rain all the time.
It is the biggest forest in the world and about 20% oxygen of the world is produced by Amazon forest only. According to estimation around one third of the bird’s species, ten million species of plants, animals and insects live in the tropical rainforests. Also around 90% of the plants of Amazonia are still unstudied and about 70% of plants found to have anticancer properties are found only in the Amazon forest. Amazon River has 1100 tributaries, 17 of which are more than 1600km long.
It is the biggest fund of nature and is very rich in medicinal plants. All types of medicinal plants are there in Amazon forest. One-fifth of the world's fresh water is in the Amazon Basin. The basin is roughly of the size of forty-eight contiguous United States, covers some 40% of the South American continent and includes parts of eight South American countries
But today the forest is in danger, as Deforestation is going on large scale. One and one-half acres of rainforest are lost every second with tragic consequences for both developing and industrial countries. Due to the growing need for food, there is an increasing demand for arable land. As a result, forests are cleared for agriculture. It is vanishing at an alarming rate. Homeless people and illegal migrants have also dwelled in the forest, further damaging it. Earlier it was covering 14% of earth's surface, now only 6% has remained. Experts estimate they could disappear within 40 years.
Some of the Reasons of deforestation:
  • Soil erosion
  • Increase of water and air pollution
  • Increase of population
  • Increased threat from global warming
  • The release of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere
  • Building of dams, roads, commercializing farming, cattle grazing, etc
Deforestation can be controlled to some extent if we the people will take care of few things:
  • Avoid products that require trees to be cut down just for one product.
  • Don’t use firewood in your fireplace, unless you use deadwood gathered in the forest (not cut).
  • Keep our homes and cars as carbon neutral as possible.
  • Join environmental groups and get involved. And make it an important part of your life.

prayaas

Aaj mein kuch duba hua sa hun,
Thora lekin kuch ukhra hua sa hun,
Kuch karne ki majburi hai,
Kuch na karne ki lachari hai,
Aashayeen kub nirashaoon mein badal jayen pata nahin chalta,
Uthkar phir girne ka koi sahara nahin milta,
Armaan hein aankhon mein wishwaas hai seene mein,
Kami to hai ek adad prayas ki,
Jo asani se nahin hota,
Jalte patangey ko dekhkar
Hota hun mein kai baar sharmsaar,
Mar mitta hai wo adna bhi jalte deep mein,
Lakshay prapti ke liye har baar,
Toh phr mein kyun peeche rahun,
Lakshay prapti ka kyun na karun prayaas, aakhir mein bhi, jaisa bhi hu, hu to ek insaan,
Jyada nahin toh kya hua, thora he sahi magar, abhi bhi bacha hai mujhme kahin swabhimaan,
Mujhme kahin swabhimaan.......
